I recently had the pleasure (not often you can say that when going to an auto care shop!) of doing business here. I had to evacuate from FL during Hurricane Irma. Half way to TN I heard my breaks squeaking. By the time I reached my destination they were completely grinding the rotors. This just added stress to what was already a stressful situation. I arrived at Honest1 and Will greeted me with smiles and complete helpfulness. I also had two children ages 2 and under with me, who after being cooped in the car for 20 hours (Traffic was horrendous from all the evacuees!) they were anxious to stretch out their legs. The staff was understanding and did not make me feel embarrassed for their running and playfulness. They gave me a fair price, got me in and out, offered a loaner car if mine had to stay and overall made this experience enjoyable. Will displayed great customer service and was a pleasure to talk to. He went above and beyond for my kids and I. Because of his kindness and positive attitude I was able to leave the shop with nothing but smiles. Thank you to the entire staff, you are proof that a little bit of kindness goes a long way!
