This is by far the best car shop that I've been to! I called to make an appointment for Friday and was very surprised that they had availability. I arrived a few minutes early to go over issues and was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was taken back immediately! My oil was changed and I was given a report within 30 minutes. They offered discounts for the other issues going on with my car in which I chose to take care of there. All together, I was there for maybe an hour and a half on a Friday! I'm used to car shops being so backed up or over booked. Not this place! The staff was friendly. The lobby area was clean and inviting with a small play area for kids. I will definitely be a regular customer at Honest-1 for any car trouble/maintenance.

Loved being able to schedule my appointment online and receiving a reminder by email. The customer service was good. Will definitely come back when the need arises.

Great place

I came in for a very long over due oil change. My car has some collision damage and I had been turned away from some shops because my hood was damaged, but Honest-1 had no issue at all! They also replaced my damaged windshield wiper for a very reasonable price. They left my car clean and also left a thank you note and a little snack in the car. Everyone was very friendly and I definitely recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure (not often you can say that when going to an auto care shop!) of doing business here. I had to evacuate from FL during Hurricane Irma. Half way to TN I heard my breaks squeaking. By the time I reached my destination they were completely grinding the rotors. This just added stress to what was already a stressful situation. I arrived at Honest1 and Will greeted me with smiles and complete helpfulness. I also had two children ages 2 and under with me, who after being cooped in the car for 20 hours (Traffic was horrendous from all the evacuees!) they were anxious to stretch out their legs. The staff was understanding and did not make me feel embarrassed for their running and playfulness. They gave me a fair price, got me in and out, offered a loaner car if mine had to stay and overall made this experience enjoyable. Will displayed great customer service and was a pleasure to talk to. He went above and beyond for my kids and I. Because of his kindness and positive attitude I was able to leave the shop with nothing but smiles. Thank you to the entire staff, you are proof that a little bit of kindness goes a long way!
