Fast appointment, neat, clean waiting area. Staff appearance clean and well maintained. Had alignment on my truck, done before I could finish cup of coffee. Little out of alignment however tech reset them to specs. No issue with driving, handling, drifting. Job Well Done.

The guys here have the best customer service hands down! They're never pushy or try to upsale you. Plus, so far everything they have fixed on my car has been done correctly and I've never had to come back for the same problem.

Took the car in for a recurrence of a previous repair. Turned out one of the replacement parts failed. This repair was fully covered by warranty without issue or debate. I will cheerfully continue to support honest shops like this!

I had an awesome experience at Honest-1. I'm very particular about who does maintenance on my car and check reviews if I have to venture outside my comfort zone. This company lives up to its ratings. Customer service, waiting area, and overall grounds are all top-notch. Will was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of his job. He explained all parts needed, the process and amounts of required payments and was able to find my part and ensure it was installed the same day with no issues. The technician also explained what he found after diagnosing the problem, upon my asking. And I have to mention the note reassuring me the work they had completed was done correctly along my White Cheddar Popcorn left on my front seat was comforting, thoughtful and added a personal touch to seal the deal!!
