EDIT: In response to my original review (below) I went back and received great, timely service and the owner was apologetic and very helpful. Great business, great people. My first experience was a one-off or maybe a bad day. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Had an appointment for an oil change and a heater fan problem. I was told that my appointment wouldn’t be honored because of how many walk ins there were. 2.5 hours later my car had not been touched. Got my keys back and got an oil change down the street at a competing store with no appointment and only a 10 minute wait. Staff was nice and respectful but I don’t know why you would have an appointment system if you are not going to honor the appointment.
