Excellent staff and excellent service. I was traveling on freeway headed to the gulf around 3:30 pm when i noticed a front end noise on my van. I called Honest 1 and they said they could take a look fairly quickly. Matt ??was awesome and understood i needed to get back on road ASAP. Vehical was in for inspection at 4:00pm, new brakes and wheel bearing installed, and back on road by 6pm. Unbelievable service at a fair price.

Honest 1 Auto was reccommended to me thru Donna and John at another reputable auto store business. I don't know if I can name them (O'R).They were straight up front with me about what could possibly cause the O2 sensor and engine light to malfunction.I usually would get more than one estimate on the cost of repair, but I felt confident that Honest would do the best job because of the confidence of Donna and John"s recommendation. I was not disappointed. It took day or 2 to get the parts, but Gauge was very patient with me when I would call to get the status of my vehicle. More times than less doing a great job out weighs the cost. I plan on keeping my vehicle for quite awhile. I would definitely recommend Honest to my friends and family. Keep up the awesome work and God Bless all of your staff.

Swift work and straightforward. Went in for a wheel alignment and it was out a little over a half an hour. Compared to other places, this place was far more cheaper and I would go back again.

First time to Honest-1 and everything went smoothly. Needed brake services done to replace rotors and pads. Took about 90 minutes. Very impressed on the timely manner it was complete and the customer service was excellent. Great waiting area as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, inviting shop and they are up front with all services that are needed.

Well with the fine folks @ Honest-1, you can also have confidence! Patience, professionalism (while being real), a sense of humor to break the ice, & honesty makes your hope and faith easy to come by. That and 3 Bibles (not just props) in the waiting area makes it comforting to leave you baby (car) with them!

Very friendly and accommodating just recently got a lift on my truck they helped me understand what else was needed so when alignment done left on a 20 hour trip truck drove great with a 6 inch lift perfect alignment

Awesome experience. Two other shops in Clarksville quoted over $300 for a repair that Honest-1 did for less than $100. This is my second such repair with Honest-1 and both jobs have been done correctly, quickly and with at honest price. They are by far the best auto repair shop in Clarksville.
