My first visit to Honest 1 was for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complete inspection report. I was happy with the price of the oil change, and even happier with their great friendly customer service. Their waiting area is clean, comfortable and stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks.

I've never been more impressed with a shop I would give them more than five stars if I could they are amazing!!!!

Ive been using Honest 1 going on 4 years now. Honest 1 is the only place I'll go to in town. I had a horrible experience at a leading competitor and I went to Honest 1 and haven't regretted it yet. Pros: Very honest. They are totally transparent in all the work and pricing. Cons: They've become so popular you have to have an appointment. They are also a bit pricey, but it's completely worth it.

This is a bit overdue. But I needed to give this some time to make sure everything was good. I'm going to do my best to give an "honest" review of Honest-1 Auto Care. I'm new to Clarksville. I needed to get some auto repairs done. Not knowing anyone. I looked up the repair shops in the area. There were several in the area that had similar grades based on customer experiences. The fact that Honest-1 had the most reviews, I went with them. I had a similar problem with the brakes on my {'07 Toyota Corolla} several years ago. I'm glad I hung on to my receipts. First off this place is very clean and welcoming has far as repair shops go. I was greeted by Matthew. I showed him the repair reports from having a previous situation regarding the same problem I was now having. Previously I had paid over $1200.00 to have it repaired. Though I did not spend nearly as much this time. It's my personal belief that this could have cost less than it did. My problem with this situation is that I showed Matthew my repair reports. I'm no mechanic, I don't claim to be one either. Having said that my problem is that they never did the work that resolved it the problem the first time? I don't know why? To make a long story short. After they said the problem was resolved the first time, I was back again the next day and a few more days after that. I actually spent almost an entire day there one day. Each time I came back, I was charged a little more each time. Matthew was good, he kept me abreast of what was going on. For that I was and remain grateful. But this ultimately cost me more than what I believe it could have been, had the just did what was reported on the previous repair reports? At this point I'm going to have a little faith. I'm going to return to Honest-1 for the foreseeable future! I'm hoping that by showing my faith in them, they will do what's best for me in the future. So that I can enjoy a "lifetime future" here in Clarksville and Honest-1 as my go to auto repair shop! Honesty being honesty, I do want to commend Matthew and Gary, in keeping me posted and informed about my car! Thanks Matthew! Thanks Gary!

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. They didn't treat me differently because I don't know a whole lot about cars and helped me understand what was going on with my car. I really appreciated them following up with me on every procedure they did with my car while working on it, and they even gave me a student discount which helps a lot! Will definitely be back in the future.
