Honest-1 is very fair and honest with their customers. They will work with you if you let them know your situation. I spoke with them and they did everything possible to bring my charges down. They explained in detail what needed to be replaced now and what I would need in the future. They were able to save some parts that were not torn and warned out. That itself saved me $300. This shop cares for their customers not their pocket books. No matter what they will work with you and give you the best price. With Honest-1 I was abled to save over $1,000. If you want a honest shop please go to Honest-1. I went to another shop first and they refused to fix my Jeep because I wouldn’t buy their battery for $300. Honest-1 hands down is the best in Clarksville Tn. Infact AAA only refers ppl to Honest-1. I thank Honest-1 for everything. Ppl like me disabled and on a fix income need ppl who have shops to understand we don’t normally have a lot of money after paying our bills. Honest-1 understands this and works with you.

We were visiting in Clarksville after driving from North Carolina when our vehicle started shaking and making noises. We went to several auto shops looking to get help but they couldn’t get us in until later in the week. The folks at Honest-1 were understanding of our situation and got us in immediately, even working a little past closing time to ensure our vehicle was good to go.
