Not afraid to work on older vehicles (1991 Chevy truck in my case), best price in town for an AC service. Had no appointments available but said they'd work me in. They did so, called when all was done and gave a full informative report on their progress and potential issues I may face. No unexpected charges, very polite. Will DEFINITELY use them again.

Went in to get ac fixed. Paid 1600. Soon as we drove off the car was dying. Wouldn’t go past 20 mph. Went back to see what’s going on with the car, they said it was the alternator. I’m like ok cool. So I let them fix it which was another $700. Soon as we got in the car and started it up the check engine light was on. Went back in and told them the check engine light was on. They came out looked at it and said “oh it’s because we were messing with the alternator and forgot to clear the code.” So they cleared it. We drove it around and the light came back on. So we took it to auto zone and their system said it was the maps sensor. Ok cool. We take the car back to Honest-1 and they said we need a new maps sensor and it will be another $150! I’m like hold on now this is outrageous! The check engine light never came on and I did not have these problems before I brought it here to get the ac fixed. I’m not understanding why every time you fix one thing something else breaks.

My car began overheating so I took it to the one place I trust to do me right and once again they did. I was in a motel room waiting to hear from them on what was wrong with my car when the phone rang. It was them and they told me that my thermostat was tuck open which is what I expected. What I didn't expect was to hear there was another problem. A cover associated with the thermostat housing also needed replacing. I knew two things for certain when I took my car to Honest 1. First that if they said I needed it, I needed it. Second I know I would get the best work with the lowest price in the city. They didn't disappoint me. I will never hesitate to take any vehicle I need work on to them. Thank you guys.

Awesome service at an even better price. These guys were great in doing a 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle. First time there but it won't be my last.

Honest 1 Auto is wonderful. The staff made me feel important and they expressed that the safety of my car is the most important thing to them. The price for the work needed was cheaper than anywhere else in town. The time frame they had my car was excellent. Will be bringing my back for sure for any future needs.

went there for a vehicle inspection and abs/srs system test. during the inspection they noticed concerns with my car, the torque strut mount needed to be replaced, the rear driver side shock was going bad, the passenger side axle needed to be replaced, new tire for the rear passenger side and the abs sensor on the drivers front need replacing. got a quote for everything, in my opinion the quote was a bit excessive with charging, first the abs sensor, they wanted to charge 38.84 for the part and 64.19 for the labor, went to oreilly auto part, sensor was 23.99 and too me not even 10 mins to take tire off, remove old sensor, install new sensor and place tire back on. second the torque mount, they wanted to charge 97.42 for the part, 64.19 for the labor, got the part at oreilly auto for 49.99, removed old one, installed new one in less than 20 mins. what gets me is the labor cost they are charging for both the abs sensor and the mount replacement is the same price, what do they believe its going to take the same time for both? third, the shocks, i requested a quote to replace 3 shocks (forgot that i asked for all 4 to be replaced), the part prices for them were roughly what i saw everywhere else, but they want to charge 395.86 to do the work for 3 units, the cost of the labor cost more than the parts itself (the quote was 372.66 for 3 parts) this place is a over charged and if you or you have a friend that can do some minor work, i recommend you having them do it instead of this place
