I had a safety issue with the tires. They did not know I was going to take a trip. The Lord did. Well done

Brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for death wobble problem,already had two mechanics tell me that it was fine.They found a bad shock and three bad tie rod ends,completed the work fast and efficient,Would highly recommend this shop to absolutely anyone!Thank you to the professionals at Honest-1

Their name says it all. I have come to honest to have my vehicle repaired after Firestone and a mobile mechanic failed to fix the issue and took me for a very expensive ride (no pun intended). I called honest and spoke with Matt. He had my car in the very same day, fixed up and completely ready to go within 2.5 hours. They were 100% up front about their pricing. The cost for services are extremely reasonable and the service cannot be beat! My only regret is not bringing my car here first!

Overall, great work, and was able to get the status of my vehicle via text message. I wasn't expecting that! The text message also went into great detail about the overall care of my truck! Excellent customer service. I rate them 11 out of 10!

After getting quoted $90 to $100 for an oil change at most of the "rapid oil service shops here in Clarksville, the price here was $30 less, and the gentlemen at the front desk applied a coupon that I didn't even know about to mine to bring the price down even further. The staff seemed friendly in a way that didn't imply "I'm obligated to be friendly because I get paid to be friendly." It seemed genuine. I will 100% return to this place for all my services from now on.
