Came in for a wheel alignment, turns out my tire rod was loose. They let me know my vehicle was still under warranty and to take to the dealership. Very honest and polite, will definitely recommend this place. Thanks a lot

This place is great! Honest and kind employees, clean facility, fast service, and they even left a complementary snack in my car with a note when they were finished. I've never received such service from an auto shop before and I've been stuck using Firestone for years, sorry Firestone, but our relationship is over! 😜 I just found a major upgrade!

We were unaware of Honest1 until we were driving through on the way to a wedding in Missouri. Our transmission began acting strangely and we knew that we could not continue under these conditions. My wife quickly researched reputable repair shops in the Clarksville area and found numerous great reviews for Honest1. We were able to drive our car to Honest1 and get the car checked in just before closing time. An Honest1 employee drove us to the nearby Hertz location before Hertz closed so that we could rent a car, transfer our belongings, and continue our trip. At this point, we were fully expecting to purchase a new transmission over the next week. However, the good folks at Honest1 called us with the good news that the problem with our transmission related to someone (NOT Honest1!) had overfilled the transmission fluid by more than 2 quarts! Honest1 removed the excess fluid and only charged us a diagnostic fee! Talk about HONEST!!! We picked up our car the following week and were able to get home with no problems. WHAT A RELIEF!!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Honest1! We would use them for all of our service work if we lived in the Clarksville area! Safe travels!

Great in and out servicing. I dropped of my car as a walk in and the service was done in less the 2 hours. I picked up my car 5 minutes before closing, and despite this the clerk was in a good mood and even gave a military discount. I was happy with the service and just as I thought it couldn't get better! I found a snack and not in my car! Thank you for the good experience.

Highly recommend them they got to work right away on my aunt's car and fixed it in a timely manner!
