Wayne and the rest of the team at Honest Care were tremendous in assisting me with our 2006 Ford Explorer. Wayne was always in full communications with me. They were able to repair our explorer in extremely quick time and their pricing is among the best in my opinion. I even got to chat with the gentleman who worked on our explorer personally. They were kind and deserves our continued reach to look over our vehicles in the future. Plus, this wasn't the only time they had attended to our explorer. Their work is A+. We will never forget your kindness. You are true professionals and Christian men. Clarksville is very lucky to have such a great auto repair shop run by honest people. Very hard to find these days. We stumbled to the 1st auto shop down the street, and they turned us away. We're too busy they said. Picture 2 seniors & a broke down car? When we slowly made it to your shop you stopped what you were doing and helped us. Even pushed us off the highway. God Bless You and your men for helping us. We will never forget your kindness.

Honest -1 did great work on my 2011 Acadia that had a leaking head gasket and needed much maintenence as it has 267,000 miles. I dropped it off for diagnostics Saturday, and they send a detailed report with pictures. The price was great and they have a military discount. They finished the work in 3 days and the sun drive 100% better. This is my new auto shop from now on. Give them a try and I believe you will be as satisfied as I am.

Horrible pricing ! I got a quote to change a radiator for 1000 dollars you gotta be kidding me !

First time customer here. I emailed the folks here about a quote to replace a serpentine belt (parts + labor.) They promptly responded within 2 hours and quoted an estimate. Afterwards, they offered to look at it ASAP and offered alternative times. I had the belt replaced today for a decent cost of ~128 for a 2009 Honda Civic LX. The staff are courteous, professional, friendly, and respectful when it comes to your car. They treat it like their own. The repair lasted about 2 hours. I left happy and would gladly come back here for another repair. Thank you! P.S. Yes, they do honor military discounts.
