I had to have my BMW towed here due to a major oil and coolant leak (along with a number of other issues), and the service here was absolutely fantastic. Extremely friendly people, very informative, and very open about the costs and why the parts may be needed or are needed. If you have to take your car anywhere for repairs (and I've been to quite a few repair shops around town over the past year or so), I'd 100% advise taking it to this place. 10/10 Oh, and as a bonus, they left a snack for the road in the car with a note. Very cute, and an exceptionally nice touch. I've never seen any other repair shop do that before, and I know other people will love it just as much as I did.

Gosh - What can I say! This is the second time we have taken our truck to Honest 1. On both occasions, we have dealt with Matt. He is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Overall, employees at Honest1 have always exemplified great professionalism. The office is clean, uncluttered, and comfortable. We appreciate their services.

Perhaps my ONLY perfect 5 star rating ever. When you add that I have been honestly reviewing companies since 1994. Remember, ("You've got mail")! LOL that's a long, LONG time ago. I have been a Hot-Rodder for 40 years, so in that 40 years I would hopefully know of which I speak. (I can smell mechanics bullshit from 5 miles away, and I have always detected ZERO mechanics bull shit from H1 Auto care. Yesterday, I requested a private convo with the Gen manager because I had serious questions about the oil filter change for the past 3 times on my Wifes Grocery Getter. The private convo was so that no other customers would hear my questions, thus possibly casting negativity to H1's other customers. He dropped everything to help me! He easily yanked out the NEW oil cartridge to prove that the cartrige was brand new and installed expertly. WOW!!Turns out that they did an expert job far, FAR exceeding any expert job I could have done myself. Bravo for his kind and very courteous attention to address my questions. I am amazed....As a multi year customer, I still plan to bring my business here, for oil, brakes, and any other repairs that I seek, as the needs arrive. Do you remember me saying that since 1994 I have NEVER given a full 5 star review to any business? Here's to a perfect 5 star rating for Honest1 auto care! These folks bent over, backwards, and sideways to answer questions, AND TO GLADLY PROVE IT!!! Your Gen Manager is the best I have ever dealt with at ANY COMPANY.

I am not the actual customer but my sister is...I found Honest-1 online...lots of good reviews, so I told my sis to call them. So far, they have given excellent customer service, straight forward honesty about the issues with the car, kindness and understanding about my sis’s situation, knowledge and professionalism. They recognized a customer in distress so they stayed about 30-45 min after they were supposed to be closed to help her...knowing she still had to use the car, they helped the problem temporarily until she could get it back in (most places by me would not have done that), their prices are reasonable and given their knowledge and experience, I felt they had a perfect solution to fixing her car problems. Thank you, thank you for your kind business conduct...with me all the way in IL, I was worried my sis would get scammed, as that’s how it is in many other auto places.
