Very professional. Super friendly. Called at 3PM to see if they could get me in for an oil change and they could. Was there and out by 4:30. From the time you walk in, the staff goes out of their way to make every customer feel important. They handled our vehicle with case and quality of service was fantastic! Top notch service from start to finish! I am a vehicle DIY'er. But sometimes I run into repairs that are beyond my comfort level. When I have to get outside assistance with auto repair, I want quality work at a fair price. Honest 1 gave me that. The job on my Lexus that I didn't want to do, they did. They did a great job and at a very fair price (ALOT better than the stealership). Their included vehicle inspection is very thorough. The job was finished when promised AND they honored a coupon that saved me even more money. Thank you Michael and the crew. You have got yourself another loyal customer.
