After Andrew at Discount Tires recommended Honest-1 Auto Care for a four-wheel alignment on my 2004 Honda Accord Coupe yesterday (5-4-21), I called and spoke with Matt, who fit me in promptly. After the alignment, Matt came out to the waiting room and showed me the cabin filter, and explained how it was not only not filtering air properly, but actually putting bad stuff into the air I was breathing—it was horribly dirty! I didn’t even think about a cabin filter, but so glad that was one of their service checks, and Matt never pressured me to replace it. Nice touch! My whole experience was outstanding, and I appreciate Matt taking the time to explain things to me in laymen’s terms. And when I returned to my car, there was a nice little thank you gift, with a Scripture reference (appreciated), waiting for me—it’s the little things! Always have treated me fairly. I do most of my own work but this place is where I take it when I don't want to or don't have the proper tools. They are top notch.

They were upfront with expectations and reasonable with the timeline. Work was priced better than another shop as well. Also really like the digital communication, able to access notes/pictures and status via text. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Honest 1 is a company of good people. Dropped my car off, and because it was gunna be a little bit before my car could get in, (not sure his name? Jayson? Sorry!) offered me a ride home and even came and picked me up when it was finished. As a veteran it feels nice to have guys like honest 1 around.

I received excellent customer service and helpful diagnoses. The team at Honest-1 really made me feel like a priority!
