Mike and his team went above and beyond to help us. We were traveling through Clarksville on our recent vacation when our jeep broke down. They ran several tests to determine the problem and eventually helped us with our warranty claim, detailing the problem to both the warranty company and the service shop responsible for guaranteeing the engine. They gave us a fair deal for their time. Mike even chauffeured us to and from our hotel for two days while we figured out a game plan and made sure that our jeep was secure in the shop while waiting for the wrecker.We greatly appreciate everything they did for us and would recommend their service 💯

This place should be called Dishonest-1 Auto Care. The rep on the phone says that these days rotors wear out at the same rate as brake pads and I would need to get both done after telling him my rotors were fine. $475 for front brake pads and rotors. After more research, this is a constant regular for this company. I'D STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

We got up in the morning to find our 2009 Honda Odyssey had several lights on the instrument panel come on, including the check engine light. The mini van couldn't accelerate and it was basically undrivable. We called Honest-1 and they told us to bring it in and they would look at it. We had it towed to them. The next day they called and said a part needed to be replaced as it looked like some animal had chewed the wiring. They were trying to find the part at a an auto salvage place to avoid replacing the entire wiring harness saving us over a thousand dollars. They got everything repaired and they found another part that also needed to be replaced that would eventually cause us a problem. When we picked up the vehicle, our bill was very reasonable and all the old parts were returned to us. Excellent and timely service. We will definitely come back in the future if we need repairs or maintenance.

A tune up going to cost 2300.00. 1300.00$ for some spark plugs and coil packs 700$ in labor They are ripping people off with the parts and labor check around before dealing with this clowns 🤡
