I've done business with Honest 1 before, and they aren't the cheapest, but they're reasonable and get the job done right. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of the rather lengthy wait to get my vehicle diagnosed, took several days, but then after I authorized the repair it was finished in a timely manner. I'll continue to do business with Honest 1.

My truck broke down on my way to work on Friday the 21st of April at around 8am. While waiting on the tow truck I called Honest One to give them a heads up that I was having my truck towed to them and what I thought was the problem. I am a repeat customer so they already had my truck information on file which is nice. The tow truck driver got my truck to the location at around 9am. I asked the manager about how long it would be to fix my truck because its my only work truck and I really needed it asap. From the looks of it they were quite busy, but he said they would do their best. I received a phone call from Honest One at around 1:30pm saying my truck was fixed and ready for pick up. Just wanted to say thank you for the great service and I will recommend friends and family to you.

Excellent work as always, with just the nicest guys at the front. Probably the only shop I don't get nervous in-- they're always friendly, up-front, and get the job done right the first time.

They were very helpful when getting a second opinion when considering a used vehicle...they were also very helpful when repairing my vehicle for an upcoming road trip. Very professional, honest✨, and great with kids. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! 👍🏿

Great people here who are extremely knowledgeable and perform top notch service with decades of experience. Excellent management and owner truly cares for the customers. Great place to have your vehicles serviced/repaired. Will not disappoint and live up to their name.

First time using this business and was happy with service. Very frriendly. They had my car checked out and price quote to me pretty quick. Car is running great and thanks for the snack left in my car with the Proverbs. Needed that. Will do business with this company again.

Not to be cliché, but it always actually seems to be honest mechanics! Not cheap by any means but you get what you pay for and they get the job done right! Good people work here.
