Clarksville Auto Repair

I came to Honest1 Auto because I like a shop that is clean and tidy, it is a display of competence. Many other places have old cars sitting around broken can't seem to sweep the floor or everything is covered in a inch of grease. Not these guys, the shop is amazingly organized, the service is pin point accurate, and the organization and skill their mechanics seem to posses makes it possible to do things with much less time and energy. I was in and out in no time for a balance, alignment check, and A/C check and They are definitely, honest, professional and fair. I'll be returning in the future for sure and would recommend these guys anyone who wants quick honest service, done right and at an affordable rate.

Excellent service! I keep waiting for the "but", but there isn't one. They caught issues that the dealership missed! They also only advise of services that MUST be done, not what's going to keep the money flowing. They completely understand auto care on a budget and prioritize your services. The staff is friendly and their building is cushy and clean. I will ALWAYS go to them before exercising my manufacturers warranty; I know they'll tell me the truth. I arrived on a Saturday morning, first thing. I assume there was a car they were still working on, because there was already one in the bay. There was one other car besides mine. It took about 45 mins. I was greeted and let right in by the keyholder/manager on duty?. He was very nice and helpful. He even offered to turn on the tv, but it was being difficult that day. I went to get my oil change, my car needed it, and I also had an airbag light on. They were able to check that, free of charge, and mentioned that it could be a sensor or wiring under the seat. ( I have to adjust the seat due to my height.) I agreed. I would have liked to have been out a bit sooner, but overall my experience was great and I would go back.

I have full faith in the mechanic side of things, they fixed my car well and I haven't seen a problem since. I waited at home, and opted to take the shuttle service to the store when the car was done (which is a great service to offer!). However, because I wasn't sitting in the store waiting, a few other customers passed me in the line, and what was supposed to be a 2 hour fix ended up taking a full day. Like I said, the mechanical issue was sorted out, but with a wait time that kept being extended throughout the day.

Marcus was courteous. Service was quick and efficient. However, they did not top off the windshield washer fluid as part of the "check and top off fluid levels" inspection.
