Honest One came thru for me again!!! My air conditioner is back to normal, my steering tie rod was replaced, and a front end alignment was done, too. My 2004 Pontiac is ready to go again--all thanks to HONEST ONE!!!

I received exceptional service at honest one in Clarksville Tennessee. They were very informative and had me back on the road in a couple hours I'm thankful to have found such a great mechanic.

Honest One has a shuttle service that got me to work and back! They told me which repairs were needed right away and which could wait. I loved that they did not try to convince me to pay for repairs that weren't necessary as other shops had done to me in the past. The waiting room was extremely clean and smelled good (not like an auto shop). Then the sweeten the deal, when I picked up my car there was a bag of chips attached to a bible scripture. I am sold!!! Love this auto care shop.

Not the fastest service, it took about an hour and a half for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and alignment. The waiting area was comfortable and complimentary. Everyone I dealt with was kind and I didn't feel talked down to for being a female. My car is happy

I I had my AC serviced here today & was my first time using this place. I must say that I was very pleased and quite impressed , the best part of my visit there was when my car was brought back to me with a referral sheet a note that had Proverbs 1:7 written on a piece of paper with an attached bad on mini cheese nips. I have never had anything even close to that for any car repairs I've ever had done. Way to Go, It lifted my spirits. Thank you

I am very happy with the service I received. I am also happy that they are honest enough to only recommend service as opposed to saying "You better do this or you are in danger". Their name fits the way they do business and they have earned my trust.

Very clean place the workers a great and the owners are wonderful people.
