I was pleasantly surprised at their clean waiting area, friendliness, and the complete attention to my problem. Furthermore, Honest-1 does a FREE complete check to see where you are having a problem. I am now one of their loyal customer's!

Although I chose not to have the repair completed, their diagnostic expertise was exceptional. They were able to tell me the cause of my car's problems, that 2 other dealerships had missed, and offered a fair repair estimate. I will be bringing my future repair business here.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. Wait times for oil change and tire rotation were reasonable. Service rep extremely informative on work done to vehicle as well as future issues to address.

Had a great experience while getting an alignment. The shop was kind and courteous and was able to successfully align my car after other shops failed to do so. They also help me diagnose a failing tire. I will go back with any problem/ maintenance that I have.
