I spent about 1700.00$ at a brake shop in TX that refused to warranty their work because I PCSd to TN. Long story short Honest-1 took the time to diagnose the issues and fix it in a timely manner. Prices are fair and everyone there seemed extremely professional. Plus they warranty their work nation wide, not just in their specific shop. 10/10 would recommend for any auto service they provide. I was on my way home from Georgia to Chicago and noticed a lot of vibration in my moms car that I was driving back home. After finding out that all four tires were bad in my mom's car and spending a VERY long day getting them replaced, Honest-1 got me in to have the alignment checked and straightened out so my new tires would be good to go. And while giving me an all clear to drive it as safe, they did a quick inspection and let me know that the brakes were going to need replaced once I made it home. They even topped off my fluids, which is something the car dealership that I sat in for hours waiting on to find out what was wrong said they would do, but didn't. The staff at Honest-1 was kind and caring and above all, HONEST! A big thumbs up from me!

Always transparent with what needs to be done and gives suggestions. Also, the shuttle to work was very nice, so I didn't have to miss time at work to get my car looked at.

Good place expensive but good

Brought my truck here for multiple repairs and now it runs better than it ever has they are honest and very professional and fast no complaints here !

The best service you can ask for

Triple A(A.A.A.) recommended this auto shop when I had vibration on my Subaru Forester driving over 60mph. The dealership in the area wanted double to fix both control arms and they also had several other problems that Honest-1 said weren’t an issue, I was in shock, I’m not used to this level of truthfulness, the next day when I noticed the wheel was tilting to the left, I brought it back and they repaired it with no charge, once again amazing service, I’m impressed, I would definitely bring my car to this shop again, thanks to the crew working there, I’ve never had a great experience at mechanic before!

I want to thank Mike, Chris, and the mechanic who worked on my car! I was driving cross country and had a burnt electric smell coming from my car 6 hours into my drive. I stopped at the shop first thing in the morning! They were able to run a diagnostic and able to fix my car all In one day. They found a leak in my radiator and I needed a new blower motor resistor. My car ran amazing the rest of the trip and I had no issues! I want to thank you all again for your amazing service and getting me back on the road!
