When my daughter needed a new transmission, Matt patiently worked with me to find a quality rebuild, with a warranty. They even helped me get the vehicle on a transport hauler back to NJ after it was repaired. It was as easy doing business with them being 1000 miles away, as if would have been if they were across the street. Will definitely drop in one day to say thanks in person!

My daughter got stuck with a bad transmission that had to be replaced. Matt worked with me to find an affordable rebuilt unit, and then helped get the vehicle on an auto transport back to NJ, since my daughter bought a new vehicle. Honest, caring, and compassionate all the way. I was not pressured once, and they worked with me on keeping the vehicle while I figured out what to do with it. The name literally states their philosophy! They are the best in clarksville, hands down. I gave up on everyone else and have used/referred them exclusively for years.

The team at Honest-1 Auto Care, were accommodating, honest, fair, persistent, and successful in solving an intermittent, (but disabling when it happened), problem with my car ... allowing me to complete the last 400 miles of my cross-country trip. Good people. Special thanks to Dade and the mechanic(s) that allowed me to reach Atlanta with no further issues.
